The 2022 RSM Classic arrives on Thursday, November 17, and according to the RSM Classic betting odds via BetMGM, last week’s champion is the betting favorite. Here’s what you need to know.

2022 RSM Classic odds: This week’s favorites

American star Tony Finau is on a roll. In the last 15 months, the 33-year-old has won four times, increasing his career total to five. Among those were back-to-back wins in July at the 3M Open and the Rocket Mortgage Classic. The question is, can he repeat that rare feat this week?

Finau has the opportunity to do so thanks to his dominant win on Sunday at the Cadence Bank Houston Open, where he prevailed by four strokes over Tyson Alexander. Given that win and his recent history of winning in bunches, Finau is the betting favorite to win this week, with his odds-to-win opening at +800.

Trailing behind Finau in the oddsmakers eyes at +2000 is two-time PGA Tour winner Brian Harman, with third place in odds-to-win shared by recent winner Seamus Power and a resurgent Jason Day (+2500).

2022 RSM Classic odds: Long shot of the week

Back in 2018, it seemed like no one could be Italian star Francesco Molinari. Molinari went on a tear that year, winning a PGA Tour event, the BMW PGA Championship on the European Tour and capping it all off with his first major win at the 2018 Open Championship.

But beginning a few months into 2019, Molinari started to struggle with his game and has yet to return to his world-beating form. But he’s recently shown signs that the misery is coming to an end. On top of being named inaugural Europe playing captain in January’s Hero Cup, Molinari also finished T15 at last year’s Open, contended on the DP World Tour and added a T6 finish at the American Express.

His +10000 odds-to-win this week easily make him a long shot, but one with a lot of potential upside. Should you entrust $10 to Molinari’s comeback campaign and he pulls it off at the RSM, you’ll walk away with $1,000.
