It is tough to manage a variety of thoughts while swinging, but this simple cue may transform your downswing.

This week, Golfweek’s fitness guru and long driver Averee Dovsek and Kent St. Charles from Lab 18 demonstrate a movement that is done with the heel at the top of the swing before allowing your arms to move in the downswing.
